Customer interview with Le-HydrauliX

Le-HydrauliX Bowei Shanghai Co., Ltd. has chosen Thomas as its supplier. The CPA valve offers a number of advantages for use in confined installation spaces, including a slimline width of just 26 mm and a connector angled by 60 degrees, which reduces the space required for the wire harness. In which areas does Le-HydrauliX use the CPA and why did you decide in favor of the CPA produced by Thomas?

We use the CPA primarily for the pilot control of our key products. We chose Thomas because the products are very cost-effective compared to similar competing components, including some of the domestic (editor’s note: Chinese) brands. Thomas offers competitive prices with assured product performance and consistently good quality.

How has the CPA proven itself in regard to performance and reliability in your application?

Each of our products is only delivered to the customer once it has passed testing. The results of our test bench inspections prove that the CPAs supplied perform very well and exhibit a high degree of durability. All the feedback we have received from our customers regarding the control quality has been positive.

What expectations do you have of Thomas products for your future applications?

We hope that Thomas will be able to streamline product costs while maintaining product performance through product design enhancements, process optimization, and other comprehensive measures. Of course, it is imperative that the consistency of current products and the stability of product quality are ensured at the same time.
